We use your information to provide and improve the Liminal Labs platform, process your requests to the AI agent, generate preview deployments, manage your subscription and billing, communicate service updates, and ensure the security of your account and projects.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security policies. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Your project source code is stored in isolated Git repositories with strict access controls. We perform regular security audits and penetration testing.

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform: Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for deployment infrastructure, Stripe for payment processing, and AI model providers for the conversational agent. Each provider has their own privacy policies and data handling practices.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your project data through the dashboard. You may request account deletion by contacting support. Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
